Which state do you live in ?. In WA contact local bike clubs as junior bikes turnover regularly. Local velodromes also have pin up boards with race bikes for sale. And just search gumtree etc

Gumtree might have some extra small ladies frames, I also see the odd youth road bike up for sale as kids grow out of them

And her height is?Rowdie wrote:Looking to get my daughter (aged 11) a road bike to do triathlons.
There's 24", 26" (650C) and 28" (700C a.k.a. "full size") road/tri bikes out there. Each suits incrementally taller ranges of people. Most likely a 650C bike will fit as you can build frames from teeny up to well over 6' (at about 165-170cm 700C frames are viable, depending on individual shape)

If you use Facebook, check out the Marketplace for bikes.

Saw one today, it looked reasonable enough.
Must be a decent secondhand market for them given how quickly kids grow (too big for the smaller bikes).

Fuji make a couple of different 650c bikes. I think the bottom end bike has a weird Tourney mix with the handlebar/stem shifters but the Fuji Finest is a Sora/Claris with 2x8 brifters and isn't too expensive :
The one shown is an XXS selling for $699 (am sure you could haggle this down or get freebies) and is in Parramatta.

Other option is a Norco Valence but that's another $300 odd

Campagnolo for show, SunTour for go

I see quite a few juniors at my club riding Hillbrick bikes, too. They seem to make a range of kid's sized road bikes.

It doesn't get easier, you just get slower
