Rear mudguard for dual MTB

I'm just about to complete building up a NOS 2008 Trance0 .

The front end is covered by my trusty old Rockgardz fender however Rockgardz don't make something for the back end.

Anyone with experience of mudguards for dual susp. MTB?

I’ve seen things home made from plastic bottles etc. are you aiming to cover yourself or your bike bits (like shock)?

I'm mainly trying to elinate most of the fling into the shock/pivot area - much easier to clean and dry me than those spots.

Might try a dropper seat post at a later date so not keen on the seat post mounted fender I already have - more interested in a hugger type set up.

Something like the Mucky Nutz/Marsh Guard things that strap in the top of the rear triangle will do it. If you're feeling creative you can cut one out of an ice cream container lid.

IKEA sell chopping boards that are perfect for mudguards. They are $1 each.
