Hi,

I keep reading to lube my cables. What do I use ? One place recommended heavy chain oil, some light sprays.

Also, I need to replace cable casing for my dura-ace gear. I see I should use Shimaon SP41 cable casing but most shops seem to have a generic black shimano cable casing. Will this do, or do I need the SP41. Also where to buy the SP41?

Most bike shops will sell the Dura Ace cable outers - they cost a bit more than the standard black ones, but not enough to make toy forego them.
Just ask, they should get them if they don't have them.
Let me know if you can't get them and we can sort something out (I've got three shops within walking distance that usually have them in stock).
