Anaconda are having another of their regular "50% off Fluid bikes" sales, but the women's Sprint 3.0 model is down from $999 to $299:

It'd be for my daughter as she outgrows a 24" bike. I was planning to Gumtree her a bike, but the spec seems pretty good for that discounted price and being new. Lots of gear range for her skinny legs (she's inherited my scrawny build), fairly upright position and an angled not curved step through frame (as per her wish list).
Does anyone have any feedback on the current crop of Fluid bikes?

I have no specific knowledge, but I've read other comments here that Fluids are better than your average "sports-store bike".
If it doesn't weigh too much, it seems like a pretty reasonable bike for $299.
