Bike part outlet - forgotten website!

I *know* I have seen a website before with an assortment of bike components for sale at ridiculously low prices - things like hayes rotors for $2.

I think it was the retail side of a wholesaler/distributor.

Does anyone have a clue what I am talking about, and have a link to the site?
