Hi All,
Just wondering if anyone can advise me on what aftermarket pads are compatible with Tektro R741 brakes? Have been digging online but finding it hard to get a definitive answer? Are they essentially a knock off and compatible with Dura-Ace/Ultegra/105 at the pad level?

Everything I've seen suggests the aftermarket pad unit (p461)Deus_Ex_Machina wrote:Hi All,

is the same 55mm length as the Shimano unit and there doesn't appear to be anything drastically different in the mounting hardware, and maybe the Ultegra R55C4 pads would be a good option

Shimano and all Shimano-compatible pads will fit.
I had a thought, but it got run over as it crossed my mind.

Sweet, thanks guys. I have been asking a lot of questions on here being a noob and very much appreciate the assistance. I actually have no issue with the Tektro pads but am mounting new wheels soon so thought I might get something "better" given they negligible cost of pads.
