If you can get to Toongabbie at 7pm/Old Windsor bollards at 7:10, or Rooty Hill around 7:45 (coffee stop), Kangazilla Mal has a good FPR. One of Trek_Arty's mates reckoned it was absolutely brutal AKA awesome

Yep ride Wednesday nights with kangazilla Mal and it is brutal, go hard as you can from the shop and then easy ride home. Good fun watching mals blinking red light disappear in the distance whilst my heart is hanging out of my chest!

I went out at about 4pm for a quick doddle. Was planning to go out again at 6 and join you but when I looked outside it was not looking very friendly so I retreated back to the lounge and my mate Mr J Daniels

Just be warned that there's a huge amount of debris on the M7 path thanks to yesterday's cyclonic winds. Some pretty chunky twigs/branches so keep your eyes open.
