Nah - not up for that kind of ride tonight.

Yep ride Wednesday nights with kangazilla Mal and it is brutal, go hard as you can from the shop and then easy ride home. Good fun watching mals blinking red light disappear in the distance whilst my heart is hanging out of my chest!

Is it raining out there? It's dry in Sydney CBD.

I was thinking of going down to Prestons then riding the way back with you guys.

Edit - looks like it is going to rain here. :(

I went out at about 4pm for a quick doddle. Was planning to go out again at 6 and join you but when I looked outside it was not looking very friendly so I retreated back to the lounge and my mate Mr J Daniels :D :D :D :D

Sore right knee - but maybe if it settles down. The weather looks nice too. :)

Edit - knee too sore, time for Glucosamine and maybe a physio trip. Hurts to walk.

Just quietly, I'm keen. Definitely not a quick one though. Think I have been overtraining a bit lately...

Just be warned that there's a huge amount of debris on the M7 path thanks to yesterday's cyclonic winds. Some pretty chunky twigs/branches so keep your eyes open.
