Extra Kudos for Zozz. With the amount of work he puts in keeping the m7 clean for us all, maybe we should pitch in and buy him one of these?

Good work Zozza!

The image makes me think I should pay extra attention anyway to glass. Nice place to ride without the risk of bogan dust everywhere.

I'm again out tonight. Right knee still painful. I didn't rest up for long enough.

I did a short bike ride yesterday and it hurt like hell to walk when I got home. I'll spend the rest of the week off the bike rather than chasing a GS KOM.

Shame, the weather looks great.

Welcome to Sufferton, population 8.

Had a nice chat with Allan from the Waratah CC on the way down.... much more conversational pace than the return!

And Strava efforts... G.S. must be feeling like a marked man..

Now I've got to find four seconds to beat Zozza, not just two to beat GS!!!

Nice going mate! :)

I can't think anyone would really want to go any faster them we've gone. Today was as quick as I've ever gone along there. 43+ along there feels a heck of a lot different to 35.

Keep an eye on it Chris,

I predict GS will do 54avg.

If he does, he can keep it. ;)

I've been doing my runs at around 5:45pm at night - very few people about. But I'm sure the commuter cyclist I came across wasn't pleased about being passed at 45km/h. I gave him heaps if warning.

That was bloody fast - I've never gone so fast through the curve going under the Highway. That was quite fast enough. Unless I can find my old mate to do a bit of a lead-out effort.

Well done to you and Tim on that time. :)

Yep, definitely will be. Will try and meet you near the Bella Vista Maccas? I'm leaving early today to try and pick off a few easy segments, and a few harder ones too ;)
