Here is my Raleigh I turned into a single speed, 2nd week commuting and love being back on an SS.
Gearing is 46/16 with a Gusset SS conversion in a Shimano RS20 wheetset.mI'm not going to put bar tape on as I like the chrome clean look on the bars.

Tastefully done. You might change your mind on the bar tape in the first wet ride you do though.

It's true it's my Roobaix spoke card... Is it not permitted to have such a thing on a singlespeed?
What have I done?

Hey Mate they are Tektro TL720 levers. Yeah I think they look quite nice and work well.

The RX5.0 look pretty slick too although I think the TL720 have a little more style...

Thanks Kwai. :D
The RX 5.0 and its ally mates were the suspects I was thinking of, do absolutely nothing for me. Those TL720s have me considering a bullhorn conversion on the Reid Harrier now. Should be no problem with the SRAM Rival brakeset... 8)

Yeah the look the goods and have nice feel.
I've got them matched to a pair of high end Tektro dual pivots and the braking is sensational really pleased with it.

I picked mine up for $35 but no doubt if you looked hard enough there are probably better prices to be had online...

I'd be more concerned about the grease stain on the bartape.

Good point Dan! I did try cleaning it off, but it seems PRO cork bar tape is not that easy to keep clean.

Picked myself up another track bike, but since 'funny bikes' aren't allowed on the track anymore, going to turn this one into a wall hanger/Friday fair weather commuter ha ha

Have now painted my unknown frame and put some bits on. But the brake lever I have won't fit on the bars, so it's not going to be ridden until I can sort that out. The paint looks a lot better in the flesh, that green seems pretty dull but its a nice metallic.
