Secondary screens have things like elevation, rate of ascent, average speed, time of day, temperature, etc.
I scroll through to whatever page has the info on it when I need it.

Allows me to concentrate on riding more, less on the numbers.

secondary screen has overall time, distance, avg power, avg hr
Third screen has time of day, speed and avg speed.
Spend 90% of time on main screen.

Second page: speed, ride time, distance, cadence, heart rate, direction, gradient (only glance at this if curious about distance covered or trying to figure out why I'm heading into the wind when I think I should be on tail wind).
Third page: HR graph, VAM, VAM 30sec, gradient, total ascent (when going up hill ).
Cheers,
Simon.

-Cadence (largest top of screen)
-power
-elapsed time
-average cadence
-distance
Racing display is nice & simple only displaying what's needed to keep the distractions down
-Cadence
-Power
-time
-distance
Two other screens are 8 fields of a mix of all the averages, Ascent, cadence, power etc + useless information like gradient, heading, temp.
