a guy riding south bound on the bike path at Windsor approx 5:00PM ...
stopped and asked if i was "Ok"

had a similar thing last week while on a night ride down the M4 my mate crashed (his own fault) but while he was laying on the side of the M4 3 cars stopped & asked if we needed help , that's great oh & one !! BAN ME NOW FOR SWEARING !! in a commodore laughed as loud as he could , !! BAN ME NOW FOR SWEARING !!

You might be surprised how many people will stop to see if you are okay. Even Commodore drivers - yes, some of us are cyclists too.
