Can someone please explain the scientific principle to me of how cold water is colder than the room temperature?

Despite having now done 5,896km for the year, the bar is tells me I still have to ride another 1,177km to get to my target that only 704km away.

I figure Tony Abbott and his treasurer are running the numbers

jasonc wrote:it's all relative. I can't afford to live closer to work, like the area I live in and am really lucky to have bike paths almost all the way to work
I'm also lucky that I can do extended commutes a "few" days a week
if i could live 5 mins from work, I'd probably do that, and walk.

But more importantly...what was the engine that was moving the bike like....no good having a Ferrari shell and a VW engine pushing it along
