First ride over 50k today pulled up pretty well
Elevation 1200m
First serious ride for me and I must say I enjoyed the 2 hours on the bike... It wasn't all painfull

Good work! Keep setting goals and going for them!
The destination is but an excuse for the journey!

Metric Century before Xmas at this rate
...whatever the road rules, self-preservation is the absolute priority for a cyclist when mixing it with motorised traffic.

50k with 1200m elevation... WooHoo.
You rode to the Dandenongs didn't you?
If you can do 50ks in those hills.
I reckon youre good for 100k next weekend easy on the flats.
Xmas ?? Far too conservative.
If your planing a ride next weekend, and you think you might need some "moral" support to crack 100k.
Shoot me a pm. If my plans allow... I'd be happy to ride with and "ghost" you, if you thought you needed it.
Well done.
Enjoy

Nice effort. If you can do 50km with 1200m of elevation you can easily do a flat 100km.
