Capital City Trail connection to Eastern Fwy/Koonung Trail

Hi guys

Anyone can give me an insight for the 'entry'/'connection' point between Capital City Trail to Eastern Freeway/Koonung Trail? Went today but ended up lost :-)

Will try again tomorrow, so I am hopeful to get some insight of it..

Did you get to Yarra Boulevard via Walmer St? Follow that all the way to Chandler Hwy, then cross over to the Koonung Ck trail.

Kew Boulevard between Chandler Hwy (end of Koonung Trail) and Walmer St is the connection. When you get to Walmer St turn right down to the bridge over the Yarra and follow the trail all the way to the city.
