No you don't have to, just be sure the rear derailleur inner limit screw is properly set - if it was right for your other wheelset, it'll be very close for this one.

Yeah just took it for a ride.. She's pretty good... All gears select ok these wheels roll brilliantly. Do i need to grease the skewers? Any particular grease? I have grease here which in use on model helicopter main shafts... Any good? Lol

You don't need to grease the skewers.

Another noobie question.
Is it normal for these campy Zondas to make a ticking noise when spun backwards? Not loud just a small rapid ticking coming from the hub
