Had an accident? Letter of Demand template.

Andrew McKenzie from Maurice Blackburn sent through a draft precedent letter of demand for cyclists to use as a template in case of an accident. I posted this for Safe Cycling Australia fb supporters and it'll also be on the website later today.
MB tought you may appreciate not having to draft the letter from scratch.

There's already more stickies in Safety & Advocay than we usually try and stick to (edit: pun unintentional). If oxford is happy to do so, I will edit a link to this thread in the OP of the sticky mentioned above. Just get oxford to shoot me a pm.

Sadly Oxford was in a serious motor vehicle accident

On 6 January I had a very serious motor vehicle accident caused by an as yet undiagnosed medical condition. Whilst riding my motorbike, I blacked out and hit a 4wd head on. ...
Anyone interested in the motorbike accident, I kept a journal in the form of a Google document once I left the Intensive Care Unit and had access to a computer and the internet:

I like the subtle edit im_no_pro has done, but perhaps it is time to consolidate them into one document - if you have had an accident, the last thing you want to be doing is hunting through threads trying to figure out what you should do
