I don't think webby84 understands what "tired" means. Good push today, but I was definitely out of my league after a million BS excuses - recovering from cold, not enough supplements, first climb on a 36 chainring blah blah blah. The data says I tried hard, but the results say "PWNED". HARD.

Didn't feel solid. Felt like a broken man until I got to HJs. Really needed to hit up some protein during the ride, or something... anything. Course of steroids and EPO with a triple espresso chaser?

BUT! Public Holiday Monday! Anyone keen on some climbing? If not Wark/Bowen maybe a gorge or 4?

I've never done Galston or that end of town... feeling inspired after the Kz bubbler run but I'm not sure what is happening over the weekend with family. Might be sitting in cafes without a bike

its pretty good and a big+ is that its closer to home.

get out at stupid oclock and knock out a few laps to rack up the climb count . you'll be back home by about 9:30am :D

Depending how the legs feel after this weekend at stromlo, I'd be up for an early Monday to the gorge.

Have canned the Kurrajong ride given the bush fires. Riding the gorges instead. Same meeting point, but 540am
