Thanks for the ride guys. Low numbers means more time on the front!

110km/h winds this afternoon or in the evening for Sydney! It's already blasting a gale in the CBD. Anyone going down to Prestons?

I'm giving it a miss too - looks like rain and the wind is getting worse still.

I should really go out, I think there is a KOM to be had that you and Zozza grabbed recently. nah, I'll hide away - I was nearly blown over on Saturday. I'll keep a watch here, if anyone goes then I will also.

I decided just to do some work on the bike instead and cleaning up the mess around the house. It got too bad.

Spiz and I have a mutual friend who objects to the riding... I suggested a beercap might suit him better... protect the face as well? The team might not mind if you "can on" if you can still keep the legs rolling

Yeah, 21,000km in a single morning at 9000km/h average speed!

(Zozza saw it). ;)

Found the offending trackpoint at line 141,688 and re-uploaded it.

As you do on a Sunday afternoon...plotting my next 'Shut Up Legs' effort, I made an interesting discovery....3 of the top 6 are on the road, and 4 of the top 9 are on the road. Kudos to those who did the work on the path!!

Cheers,

Phil.

Interesting. Now, about that rabbit... Sooner or later it will bite the dust. I swear, it picks the best times to rush across.

Yeah, it will take a bit to go the extra 4kph without any wind or a lead out  I was on track but crashed during training at Homebush a few weeks ago so its safe from any attempts for a while! All focus now is on getting the hip ready for Fitz's in time

You're training to get Shut Up Legs  You take your Strava seriously

Personally, that segment's never done it for me. Too flat and boring. Whatever floats your boat though, I guess
