I decided just to do some work on the bike instead and cleaning up the mess around the house. It got too bad.

Yeah, it will take a bit to go the extra 4kph without any wind or a lead out I was on track but crashed during training at Homebush a few weeks ago so its safe from any attempts for a while! All focus now is on getting the hip ready for Fitz's in time
