Loving Retronaut

I subscribe to Retronaut and I've already re-posted a couple of pics that they've curated over the past few months.
First of all if you're into retro and haven't check out their site do yourself a favour etc...

Thanks for the link, didn't know about that site, very interesting, bit of everything. :D
The torpedo bike enabled the rider to break records it says, the streamlining must have
been lightweight :shock:

Weight only matters when you accelerate, and if you climb hills. If the records were set on the track neither are significant. Yes the weight might slow the initial acceleration up to speed, but the aero advantage is there from beginning to end. The benefit would far outweigh the loss.
