Or if you are feeling a bit poor, you could buy this one for around half the price

Nice, but at no-where near that sort of dough.
I don't care if it's a $20 Huffy or a $20k Colnago, as long as you're riding, and you're happy.

[quote="LugNut"]There's a few interesting bikes online at the moment.
Seriously Nice Gemini World Randonneur, Primed for a 650b conversion

Yes that is neat/pretty.
=>> My 63cm Gemini World Randonneur weighs in at 14.4kg, plain gauge 4130, touring tyres 700C UKAI's Mountain LX Biopace, 1090 wheelbase, 460ish chain stay good clearance for rear panniers, vertical rear drop outs, plenty of room for mud guards and fat tyres, noted deficiency is that they don't have mid fork mounts .....so you cannot fit these Mine is now used as a wet weather daily commuter, shopping bike or loaded tourer.

Anyone looking for campy shamals and delta brakes? Bike with it for $500. Don't think I can justify the spend.

OOH that's cool, pity about that big dent in the left seatstay but definitely worth the repair, i'd love to know what it's like to ride.

Nice little Shogun Alpine GT tourer in the Blue Mountains:

You'd pay a lot more than that for a Long Haul Trucker frame...

Standish and Apollo III? except that the stem shifters and suicide levers indicate a lower level Apollo. Also has similar Mixtes in next ad.

Looks to be a II, I have one identical (tho not nearly as nice).

Could be wrong, but...

Somebody's getting very optimistic with the price of their old Softride:
http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/old-triathlo ... 19e5ad249d" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Although, he does have a "make an offer" button. I wonder if he'd entertain an offer with one less zero than his asking price?

I have one that looks wronger (more wrong? whatever....)
The 'aero' forks are just embarrassing (but not heavy surprisingly), especially when as I am no speed merchant these days and tend to cruise around at 30kph on the flat.
Probably why it doesn't get ridden much.
