A big thankyou to the most courteous and cyclist aware drivers I've seen. Back roads , main roads and highways - never once did a car come close when passing or try to rush past. The drivers, p platers too give a good couple of metres when passing.
It's certainly a great place to ride, as long as you're not looking for flat roads.

White van and ute sales must be low in Kiama.

Most of the locals seem pretty relaxed and it's a great place to ride.

I regularly ride in the Kiama area.
I agree that the drivers are more patient there than in other places. One of the many reasons why it's a great place for a ride.

Don't come down towards Nowra. Our drivers are mostly rubbish.
