Here are the local (Beijing) start times for todays ITT (+2 hrs for east coasters).. I might have to knock off an hour early today
Race Distance: 47.3 km ( 1 lap of 23.5 km + 1 lap of 23.8 km )

Again the weather would be the deciding factor I believe. Cancellara has got to be strong considering his performance in the road race.
I read about Cancellara's formula for dealing with time difference and acclimatising, 1 day for each hr of difference. So by now, most of the other riders would have acclimatised better in comparison to the beijing conditions.
So we can expect closer competition from the regular favorites?
I pick Cancellara.

Officially Fab had no Cervelo branding on his, so neer, it was probably a Huffy.
