Did you get soaked? (not that it would have taken any more than 30 seconds to dry off in the heat today).

I really dislike the section from Turramurra and through Hornsby so didn't really want to go back that way. I gave the bike a good wash when I got home, hopefully I got any traces of salt water off

personally I prefer smaller flaps but whatever does it for you is all that matters

Looked down, oh bugger half of my front light has departed the bike. Oh damn... Amazingly, I found it on the path and still in working order, the battery a little dinged on one corner and the circuit board not damaged nor the LEDS themselves.
I think a new light is in order.
