Moving Luggage from Amsterdam to Istanbul

My wife and I want to do a tandem trip from Amsterdam to Istanbul. Our bike has S & S couplers and packs into two suitcases. We want to fly into Amsterdam and then fly home to Australia from Istanbul.

Problem is to get the cases from Amsterdam to Istanbul so they are ready at the end of the trip.

Any suggestions would be appreciated
