Yes, I am in there... The suffering will be prominent in a few days time...
Loving my Merida's and working towards adding a Pinarello to the stable... Go go go...

Good to hear..im on nights too...hard as....wound my ftp back to 80% so its less demanding on my legs.

G, I have no idea what this is, but it sounds awful! From strava it appears to be on the trainer...

I should know this, but are you doing 3PC this year?

Yes mate,just signed up last week...late idea.....the tour was 11 sufferfest workouts in 9 days,bloody hard work but legs benefited.

You could do the ultimate challenge and become a knight of sufferlandria by doing 10 workouts back to back! 9 days is for wimps.

Knighthood on the todo list...
The Tour was a great week of training. FTP not that flash at 327, but kept my level at 100% and knocked over the full week of events!
Loving my Merida's and working towards adding a Pinarello to the stable... Go go go...
