Hmm was thinking about dual mounting these puppies but don't know if that'll be overkill... Tempting.

Got an Exposure Joystick on the lid atm which I believe does a better job of "being seen", plus it's smaller and lighter :-)

Thinking of dual mounting them on the bar.

If you've got a $10 head, get a $10 helmet

Cheapest price I can find on the net is at bikebug, $50.90. I got mine for $49 but it still a super price, for what I have researched to be, the best bang for your buck road light on the market -

Superfast shipping too.
Thanks. I just ordered one, though I don't really need it. :P

High 5 energy gels. Buy one box get another free !!! I just bought three, so I get six boxes (120 gels) delivered for $108.67. Works out to 90 cents per gel... they are about 3 bucks each in the shops.

Really tempted to buy one. That's a great price. Just not sure if I should spend the extra $100 and get the bundle. I don't really have a need for the bundle but I might in the future.

Depends if you need cadence or not? :?: the sensors alone don't cost 100 bucks. Sums it up for me.

So what's a cadence and HRM worth if I wanted to add them on later on?

If brand new, I think they are at $59 each.
Some forum members usually sell them for $40-posted. Keep an eye on them.

Gumtree has 3 HRMs together for 90 bucks right now. brendan c was going to lend me a cadence sensor (fortunately I don't need it)... these sensors are a LOT cheaper second hand than you'd think, especially the more important HRM.

You can pick up a 500 with sensors for that $ if you're happy with a 500.

Looking at the other Garmins tuff on there, the pricing isn't that spesh.

It only needs to be one good one, Carrots ;) sadly they had the 800 for 348 with sensors I believe, but it's out of stock. They must have a good deal going with the Garmin distro; other shops aren't even trying to price match :(

Some may know this site, basically a $2-00 shop, but some interesting things may suite some members.The prices seem to include shipping but it may be the proverbial slow boat from china.
Just type in bicycle and it will come up with about 38 pages of mostly gizmo's. :)

Mirror 360 degrees of freedom rotation cheap enough to buy and try out even on a school bike.Around $7-00
http://www.banggood.com/Bicycle-Cycling ... 16282.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Horn $5.17 The rubber ball on my VWR is starting to perish and the whole thing looks pretty similar.
You have to watch it with these as they can frighten peds. :)
http://www.banggood.com/Bicycle-Vintage ... 89743.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Bicycle Handlebar Mount $ 6.53. This may be rugged enough to mount a camera on the front bar.
