i had that exact tape on my bars in high school, but my bars were chop'n'flop's. so gnarly.

Looksy like a bigger frame I might be able to ride & enjoy; With some more photo detail, I might actually pay $100.
Was at my local TAFE today; some skinny Asian kid riding a very original, 60cm or so Indi Condor with complete Golden Arrow on it. Looked about 3 sizes too big for him. If my POS gas-pipe hack didn't have a flat at the time, I would offered him a clean swap for it.... that or at least half a pack of Winny blues and a Chicko roll.
[edit: on closer inspection, OP photo reveals stamped rear dropouts. Yuck. Spit. Ptooeeey. et cetera. $10 tops.]
