carbon road bike merida or bmc?

Hi everyone

Planning to buy my first carbon road bike. After doing alot of test rides on various bikes within my budget for the past weekends I have narrowed down to the Merida Scultura 905 2014 or BMC SL01 Ultegra 2013.

They both run ultegra, however the scultura is 11 speed and the SL01 is I think 10 speed.

Looking for opinions.

The one you feel most comfortable on.

I guess the question down the road is, when your group set wears out, what will it take to convert the BMC to 11 speed.

I ride a 907 2013 and am very happy with it...
Loving my Merida's and working towards adding a Pinarello to the stable... Go go go...
