If the Qld death rate from coward passes goes up or stays the same during the trial period, will the trial be interpreted as failing?

Then what?

Could well be the case. Still, "trial" gives the impression that they haven't done their homework.

IME few such trials are ever stopped
Like the 'temporary' speed limit in the UK? Fingers crossed :) .

With the recent push in Tasmania and now WA, along with the recent results of the below poll in The Advocate newspaper which gave a 79% in favour result to the question "Do bike riders need more space?", we may find the 1m trial becoming law much more quickly.

In Tasmania the 1m rule has the support of Federal Member Andrew Nikolic (and of course Richie Porte).

26 days to go and no campaigning commenced despite the 1m trial being announced late 2013.
In the meantime, we have seen that both NSW and Victoria have started vulnerable road user campaigns from an announcement only a matter of weeks ago.

Can anyone clarify what is happening with other changes proposed in this submission. Rolling stop at stop signs, no bell required?
