Yeah I'm probably more on the side of, keep your hands on the bars at that speed and maintain focus.

I have done that at a slower speed behind a mobile crane when I was much younger and on a relatively quiet road. Not at that speed whilst passing buses cars and other trucks. I wouldnt do it now. Imagine hitting a tyre carcass or something that appeared on the road from under the truck
I enjoyed hearing his enjoyment though.
Hope he doesn't repeat it, there wont be much left if he gets run over by another vehicle
