At the opposite end of the course we had a good little hail storm for a couple of minutes... wasn't going to help me though, was a tough race for me.

I am sure I organized it a couple of weeks ago!. Been scavenging bits off the winter Ribble and CX bike to get summer road and TT bikes up and running.

The problem is N+1, the problem is that there's no wall stands
If the R-1 rule is broken, what happens to N+1?

Not a goer then, there's floor standing ones that take upto 3 bikes vertical. Don't know much about them

Just needs a tidy up... There's 3 or 4 frames there that won't be touched again till winter. I don't have enough components to go around!. I have another cellar and a garage ( although they are both pretty fill! ).

That's a scary thought given how small the cellar is. No OHS building standards in France?

My building is a little over 100 years old... but some of the ones we have been looking at buying go back to the 14-15th century  . Can you say "can of worms" !.

This is the one we are thinking about... not so old ( 160 Years old )... lots of room for bikes.
Probably a bit too much work though!.

Is $400000 AUD a good price for houses in town?

She looks like it needs a bit of love. What's the insulation like in those old house come winter time?

Depends on the town... Ours is on a direct train line to Lyon so 200-300 is the going rate for 110 sq m with a good size garden.
Insulation is non existent in a lot of places... A lot of them were heated with fuel oil which was super cheap... Not these days!.

I can help with the cellar if it's full of the red stuff
