Ok then, who just snaffled the apollo V in St Lucia Brissy that was posted on gumtree 3 hrs ago  I missed it by 15 mins, just spoke to the elderly chap, who didnt realise what he had. It was in perfect condition, $160  I called him and he said to call back in 1/2hr as he was driving, then I got stuck talking to my mother on the phone for ages  by the time I called him back it was gonski....argggghh.

Over priced for a Campagnolo Triomphe equipped bike.

A nice frame that unfortunately has none of the original parts other then the syncro shifters.

You mean "downgraded" :P . 630 is the one true wheel size! Although i would love to see 642 reintroduced :) .

These kids need to hone their instincts a bit more. I spotted those crappy steel cranks a mile off. ;) Took a 2nd look to see the stamped dropouts. Poo! Yuck!

But, Dawes and 27". It ticks every box there is!! :)

On a more serious note, my Dawes Shadow has stamped dropouts and is made of "Dawes Supertube" but it is an exceptional ride. Better than the Columbus SL Pinarello i had briefly!
