They could improve the look of it though. Reminds me of this...

It looks like it weighs a tonne but it may well be an e-vehicle, in which case that's a great car substitute.

Not hard to put a 750w in therenitramluap wrote:Ah... cool. I didn't realise it was modelled on a real vehicle from yesteryear. That's pretty cool then! Still quite limited with only a 250W motor for a 45kg bike. That's quite heavy but it looks very well appointed/finished.

Has anyone found where you can get the wheel cover clips from ? Broke one yesterday and another is looking a bit poorly......
Had a look in Bunnings for cable clips but could not find anything quite
like the Crazy Dutch clips....
They are not listed on the Sinner website either or Velomobiel site

Part way down this page there is some info on using clips perchance you'd not seen it.
http://www.wisil.recumbents.com/wisil/w ... eldisk.htm" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
I have seen them in Bunnings on occasion. You might also try any electrical supplies place that caterers to sparkies and the like.
I'll have a look here tomorrow. If I luck out I'll send you over a handful.
Perhaps an email to Sinner will get you some of theirs.
My problem is a Risse shock that leaks air. Takes about a week to go down. Been that way since new. New valve was no help.

Found the leak and hopefully fixed it with some teflon tape on the threads of the valve stem.
Tried several places for the clips. No real luck. The ones that were big enough to fit the spokes had way to big a clip and the ones with a nice clip size were too thin to fit spokes.
I'll continue the search.

Found some nice narrow ones but then there is not enough 'meat' to slot and fit over the spoke nipple......
Anyone have a 3D printer ?

Nothing special. My camera is just a $75 Mobius attached to the bracket on the mirror mount using a $3 silicone rubber flashlight mount from dx.comRiggsbie wrote:

Just finally cut down my Mobius footage of when Marky D and the Green Jellybean came to Geelong, 3500km into his journey across Australia.....
It was my first chance to ride with another velomobile....I made Mark ride and extra 70km but did show him the nice sights of the Bellarine Peninsula and he drank coffee
