Ride data recording

Postby tuco » Tue Mar 13, 2007 11:03 am

Here's a very, very basic excel file for saving ride data. I added some test data.

http://www.games-exchange.com.au/cycling.xls

It has space for 12 rides.
It graphs the results.
Each sheet can be for a different ride length.
Enter the ride time in minutes and the average is calculated. It can be change to non calculated.

It's not much but it may be a start for some people.
Feel free to modify it.

Updated to include calories.

Calories are entered divided by ten to fit the scale of the graph hence the 'Calories x 10' on the legend.

30km sheet has my actual ride data.

Ahh, but if I drop into the local for a pint, does it tell me how far and how fast I have to ride to burn it off

Richard

no, I haven't looked at the spreadsheet yet - it's on the to do list, somewhere between taking the Europa over that ride I had trouble doing when she had gears and gasping my way back into some semblence of life afterwards
