A rebranded SportCrafter roller.

These things retail for 400 in Australia. The resistance roller is 140.... might be able to land this for 260 bucks including credit card fees if they deduct VAT. I'll report back with more info.
Order diect through Planet X UK - they will deduct VAT there automatically.
Planet X sell both - Planet X Resist Rollers (£124.99) and the SportCrafter OverDrive Pro Rollers (£141.66) + £30 shipping . Difference in dollars is around 17 pounds. What are the differences between the rollers?

Update: appears that they may be the same rollers from a thread on BikeRader (Chad from TrainerRoad)

PBK have 10% off ending on 10.07.2014 with exclusions:

Code: PBKTDNFAU

ProBikeKit don't seem to be as popular at the moment with Aussie shoppers - but there are some others:

15% off first order: FIRSTAU (to 11.07)

and spend over $685 and get 15% off: SAVE15PBKAU (to 06.09)

Good to know. At what stage of the ordering does the price recalculate? As the shipping cost for the item was cheaper via ebay than from planet-x...

With ebay, you pay the advertised amount. The price doesn't get recalculated for International orders.

Message the seller and ask.
If drivers and riders spent more time worrying about their responsibilities than their rights then roads would be far safer.

I did. They recalculate at the checkout stage.

Wiggle are advertising Aus/NZ Cert. Kask Vertigo helmets fror $249 which appears to be at least $20 cheaper than most Aussie shops but problem is they don't actually seem to have any in stock!

25% off selected cycling clothing when you spend USD100 or more at Amazon Go to the "spend more save more" link
There are lesser discounts for lesser amounts spent. You need to be careful browsing because it is not clear immediately that a particular size/colour qualifies for the discount.

OK, I have logged out of my Amazon account and navigated deeper to the list of cycling clothes. The discount is only applied once you commence checkout. Here is the link: New Amazon Link

While not a special... there is a promotion by Oakley to win a trip to the 2015 Tour de France joining Phil Anderson.

Pretty simple, anyone who buys sports performance eyewear from an Ostore during the 2014 tour goes into a chance to win.

Yet again c r c have free shipping. The email I got didn't list an end date, but says it's Tour related.

Cheers,
Simon.

Just spotted this on Ribble: http://www.ribblecycles.co.uk/sp/road-t ... ippwhfr326" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

(Looks like a 2012) Zipp 404 Firecrest clincher with Campy freehub for ~$870.

Seems pretty decent but doesn't mention if it is 11 speed compatible. This page seems to indicate that it would be: http://www.zipp.com/about/story.php?ID=496" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

BDOP cycling are offering some DIY wheels - great value. Works out to about $287AUD with the ABG upgrade :shock: Sourcing these parts myself would cost me close to $400! Only thing to be aware of is that you'll have to build them yourselves/get a shop to do it... IMO that's a plus :D

Recieved mine and the package came in at 1607g on the kitchen scales (20/24). Very impressive for a 23mm wide and 28mm deep rim!

http://www.bdopcycling.com/DIY%20WHEELS.asp" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

For reference a truing stand can be had for around $45 http://www.cyclingdeal.com.au/buy/bike- ... AhFS8P8HAQ" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

You can use a bike frame or the yellow/white pages as an improvised dishing tool.

Ivanhoe cycles has a bunch of ex demo and ex race team Giant TCR Advanced SL's in Dura-Ace 9000 mechanical and SRAM red 22 from around $2899. I think they also had Di2 Dura-Ace models as well. But I had to run out in a hurry before I bought one. Damn it was close.
They are not new but the ones I had a quick look at looked pretty mint. You can find some of them on bikeexchange
