Tioga pump spare parts

HI all
I've got a Tioga Deluxe model floor pump and the pump head has had it. It's the dual presta / Schrader type with thumblock. I can't seem to find a replacement on line. Anyone know where I can get a tioga replacement, or a quality generic one that will fit, or better still a way to MacGyver an better pump head (e.g. my favourite the Lezyne Floor Drive head) on to the Tioga?

Dunno about yours but when the flange thingy in my Giyo split I MacGyvered a Lezyne unit onto the hose OK. Not pretty but functions perfectly.
One of these in 4mm

and two hose clamps did the trick.

Topeak do replacement head/hose kits with various bits to attach the hose to different brand pumps. I have one on my ancient Silca.
