Good call and sold, with the 'charity ride' season looming the last thing I need is threadbare tyres. Not hard to find something else to get me over the free shipping threshold!

Gee aliexpress.com has come a long way since I last looked. Use to be a real dodgy place but lots of decent cycling stuff on there now (still the odd rip off clone mind you). I still have a pair of Nettis from 3 years ago that are doing OK, I would only need them for commuting and the odd long way home... can bust out the good kit for the longer rides though. Anything out there on special/clearance?

When on special like now (under $25) these can't be beat! Size is a fraction on the bigger side compared to say Castelli so if between sizes I'd suggest going down. I use these mostly for commuting but also grab them often for longer rides.
