Changing to smallest rear cot chain hitting the frame

After watching few YouTube and some how to, finally I manage to adjust the gear properly myself, however when I change to the smallest cot of the rear gear, the chain just hitting the bike frame, I'm pretty sure I adjust everything right, I have no problem with a smooth gear switching after the adjustment, just the problem with the smallest cot, the group set I running is a 10speed chorus.

The other problem I also getting is the crank noise, I running a rotor system crank set, when my left foot on 6 o'clock and right foot on 12 o'clock, I hear clicking noise, I had check and tighten all the screw, but noise just keep coming.

Wind in the limit screw, a quarter turn at a time until the chain isn't touching the frame.

Hopefully this will fix it but quite probably won't... Give full details of the setup (frame, hub/wheel, cassette).

Crank noise when right foot passes through the top? Check the crank isn't touching the fr derailleur.

Seems nothing to do with the adjusting screw, because is the top part of the chain hitting the axel, will post some photo later on

Is quite when free spin, noise only comes up when there is load on the bike

No wonder the chain is hitting the frame

Time to let an experienced bike mechanic have a look at that wheel/cassette setup.

What sort of vintage rame is it? Campag 10-sp. cassettes are pretty wide, and if it's a frame built for 8 or 9-sp then you're going to find the tolerances very tight.

The frame is a Columbus compex frame, I guess I just stick with the 9 speed

Either that or a spacer.
Were you running 9 speed before?
