Nice morning for a Retro ride yesterday morning.
Cool dry breeze gave amazing clear vistas but ruined a few fast descents.
Nice view over the River from Bartley's lookout.
1970's Peugeot and 1980's Repco pictured. 2000's Cannondale somewhere just out of the frame.

None of the usual crowd are likely to be at South Bris tomorrow 6 (ish) am.
Everyone seems to be away or have other commitments

Weather permitting some of us will be at Gasworks (Newstead) having coffee at 8 am.
Just look for the bikes that are more than 3 years old !

Sorry to cyber stalk you. I left a few days between posts so as to stop you getting that impression. So, is this on every Saturday, or is this thread up to date?

I don't have a retro bike, unless 2011 is considered retro. The group does sound like me though - I have chicken legs and actually I'd be quite chuffed with 25 km/h. I do like coffee and breakfast and 4.30 am is pretty much the only time I'm allowed to myself. My name is not Andy. If there are any rides coming up please let me know.

Thanks Nigel. The longer rides you do like that one out to Wynnum previously has me interested.

Where would you be riding, how long will it take and any problem me turning up on my CF Wheeler? I have a bike fit at 11am, that's why I ask. :)

Hi Foo,
Sorry for the late reply, ended up riding yesterday morning . This Saturday should be back to normal (what ever that is :?: )

Bike types are not an issue with us as long as you like steel as well.

Ride lengths vary from just under 30ks to 60-70ks depends on daily requirements of the people in the group. E.g. Yesterday=38k RL including Chelmer
Saturday 31st = under 30k West End to Mt Gravatt and back.

We will welcome Yifano back this weekend after his stay in Melbourne.
