Spiza, you don't say where you are from, but we NSW people don't tear into the Victorians too much because the topic with the most replies in the NSW section has to do with the weather (not all of it good).
Thats something the northern states normally joke about at the expense of the southern states.

As it turns out, the MASSIVE STORM that Matt forecast ran out of puff in the first 2 minutes. It has turned around and is heading back down to Melbourne where it belongs. Better luck next time guys  choke
