I think the busway needs a bike lane (and they should extend it all the way to the goldy :P ), it was too nice to ride only once a year.

What was with the bugs at the end? I had to fish a couple out off my coffee.

i only found one pic...and had to do it manually cos apparently my number wasn't visible. meh.
What an awesome experience! Loved it and did the trip in 3 hs 17 minutes at 31.1km. Considering I have 650 wheels and it was my first 100km ride, that was good! I was really proud of the speed since I never ride with a bunch, you can go so much faster!
Must get a new bike with larger wheels and would do better maybe?
I also find the last 15 km very tiring and couldn't keep up with the bunches lol so i was isolated and struggling! I missed the 60km stop (apparently many did) and had to stop at the 78km one, man it was hard to start again!
Apparently there's a sunshine coast ride in November and another gold coast in December, not that big event I don't think but I'm definitely going. Hungry for more!

I didn't think there was a 60km stop to miss!!! Having one at 60 and then 78 really doesn't make sense to me.

It was a water stop only, that according to the info provided. I believe the refuel should have probably been at 60 not 75 or whatever...but that was the only thing I have to say cos it was excellent.
