MB Cycles - you need to pay a fee to ride with them, yes? It's not an 'everyone is welcome' shop ride?

Maybe add the start time to these and location?

I ride with the bike shop Chain Gang regularly;

Location - Chain Gang Bike Shop, 17 Mile Rocks

Tue and Thu - Start 5:30am

Tue is around upper Brookfield, 45km or so

Thu is a South side riverloop, followed by a lap of Cootha via the back, again around the 45-50km mark

I ride with Lifecycle. The Tuesday and Thursday river loops actually meet near the Regatta at 5.30am.

In addition, you can add:

Tue 6:15pm - Mt Coot-tha
Location - the shop on Petrie Tce

Fri 5.30am - various destinations
Location - near GOMA main entrance

Sat - 6.00am - various destinations
Location - the shop on Petrie Tce

Sun - 6.00am - various destinations. A longer, slower-paced ride.

Also, I believe that Bike Obsession does a river loop every Monday morning, and that once a month it is a "vintage" bike ride.
