Anyone interested in the elevation profiles? I got Garmin databanjo wrote:First class effort Justin. I was only just perusing my vic maps last night looking at a similar type ride. The photos were good too. The next time I can string 7 days together I'll be giving that a go. Thanks for sharing the info.

The first 3 days are a bit out (they show longer distance than we actually rode) but the profile is right. The last 4 days are all pretty much spot on.

Yeah, you sound like me banjo. I often think I only like riding and running the mountains so I can have some cool data and graphs to look at when I'm done! I suppose any form of motivation is good motivation?banjo wrote:Yes, bring on the elevation profiles I say. I'd be interested in seeing just how good it is. You can't have too much info I reckon.

Data downloaded directly from Garmin 305. I removed the Heart rate line and pace line to make them easier to read. Can also add grade %, speed, cadence (if you have the sensor) and other stuff. You also get an actual route map (as well as the profile) but I haven't posted any of these up.Max wrote:Those graphs are very cool. How did you make them?
Max
Basically, I love my Garmin 305. Comes in third after the wife and daughter, though some days it's nearly number 1
