I have actually seen in Sydney a while back a BSA paratrooper with a professional (but worn) paint job with box lines and Malvern Star decals. I had assumed these were added by the bike shop that did the re-spray?

probably, no real use for a paratrooper bike down here most of our engagements were via landing craft.
