Play in Swing Arm

Hey guys,

Like the title says i've started to get a little play in my swing arm. it's not unexpected as i brought the frame second hand. is there anyway of fixing this problem?

What frame is it? (I'm assuming by "swing arm", you are referring to part of the rear suspension linkages. The bike's you've listed in your sig don't have these though ...)

You should be able to take it apart and replace the bearings/bushes.

Four bar, lots of pivots there. Have you checked the shock mounting bolts?

yeap that is the one....i dont really know about too much maintenance with softails. thais is my 1st one i have had. If i take it to my local bike shop will they be able to fix it?

Thats no soft tail...soft tails are pivotless with a small amount of flex in the rear triangle...thats a full suspension jump machine.Yeah take it to the shop and get them to have a look...better safe than sorry.
