Hi all,
It's been neglected in my parent's garage for about 8 years, so they've forced me to do something with my 1998 (I think) Bianchi Campione d'Italia. The paint is ok considering it's age, it does have a few chips, scratches and the like but overall it's still in great condition.

Darn, she don't look half bad, if you were in Melbs I'd make you an offer, empty wallet not withstanding.
Good luck with the sale!

Ooer, those beans look mighty tempting but you can keep the goat
Anyone interested? Any questions? The bike is made in Italy. The paint is the Bianchi pearlescent celeste. As much as I'd like to hoarde it, it's really got to go. So start haggling with me ...

A pox on this bicycle for being too small for me...and me all cashed up with the government bonus and all
Best of luck. Great price, nice bike. I know the feeling of "well, I'd love to keep it, but...I...just...cant..."

I think you should be ashamed at not riding such a fine piece of machinery.
Get it out of the garage, and make it your Sunday morning cafe ride bike
What is it with cycling? 30+ kmh and lycra???!!!

She just never quite fit right. Runs like clockwork and smooth as silk but not quite right size wise.
And don't worry, all proceeds going to a new "Sunday morning cafe ride bike"

Is it really 56cm? How much is it worth in your mind?

I always thought it was a 53cm but I measured it up before listing and it's definitely 56cm top and seat tubes.
To be honest with you, I'd love to get a little more for it but it'll need a decent service and maybe some new bolts and bits to replace the ones with surface rusting. And I have spent about $100 on tyres and tubes and bar tape. It's definitely worth more than the $600 I'm asking, I just want a quick sale

Dunno 'bout the clip ons, but I'm really tempted.
Any Sydney riders care to hook up with Robbo and check her out for me?

How did you measure to get 56cm seat tube? Where were you starting and end points?

Centre of bottom bracket to centre of where top tube hits the seat tube. Please forgive me if I'm wrong ...

If the point of measurement is the intersect of the axis of top and seat tubes, then you have certainly measured it correctly. 56cm it is.
