date stamped 6 AUG 79 made in japan cro mo 900 tange quality steel and manganese alloy forks. no running gear just frame and forks. has been disgustingly coated in black tar like substance that could pass as paint in the middle of iraq baby blue underneath suit restoration type project.
offers considered.
