Oh, come on ..... my comfy office chair has that propulsion method too, and I still can't win the weekly races around the cubicles!
That'll be because of the high rolling resistance of the small stock wheels, you need to upgrade your office chair with 26", 650C or 700C wheels and racing slicks, then you'll be much faster. Also make sure the seat is fully reclined for optimised aerodynamics. :D

Hmm, I wonder how fully-fared leather board-room chair will go .... :) Nah, the UCI will probably ban it anyway.

I'm now considering naming New Bike after that feared instrument of torture of the Spanish Inquisition... The Comfy Chair

Okay you two. And the context is? (I'm suspecting I've just missed some Pythonesque reference  )

From the Spoke 'n Holy Book:

"And whenever five or more ratbags shall be gathered in one place, then shall they recite Python"

Perhaps you could call her "Woman"
That way, when you're at the Cafe' sipping your Late' & one of your mates comes over & says "what ya been doin'?" You can always say, "I really felt like a good ride today so I mounted my 'Woman' & went hell for leather"
I suppose if you really want to impress you could always add that "It was such a good ride" that you "can't wait to remount my 'Woman' & do it all over again"

With such cycling prowess, you'll be a legend in no time.
Carbine & SJH cycles, & Quicksilver BMX
Now that's AUSTRALIAN to the core.
