Thanks for those tracks Pete. I've seen many of those ones to the NE as I've taken off in the light plane to Tennant Creek and thought to myself "they look alright!"

I'm sure you're going to have a ball on them when you get there.

You should try asking the same question in the "Buy a bike/parts" section of the forum.

However, you might want to reconsider your needs - MTBs are for off the road. None will work better on the road than a road bike.
