I was aiming for anything close to 10 minutes as I had never done that side of Coot-tha. I came in well under 10 minutes. Absolutely stoked with the result although I wasn't enjoying it at the time! Someone forgot to mention the pain in your arms is nearly as bad as the pain in your legs! That plus the added bonus of all that lactic acid trying to escape from my body!

It made the next 60km's a breeze - NOT!

Needless to say the commute into work this morning was very sedate.

Will I do it again next year - absolutely!
